The room was new-fashioned and romantic, plus I had an absolutely stunning view. Btw it included a mini fridge, coffee, and tea/coffee. Savoury and healthy breakfast and other services were exceptional.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, breakfast each day was marvellous and the location on near by pubs was magnificent. The staff were very amiable and knowledgeable and had a sense of humour. Really enjoyed a mini-fridge and coffee in the room. And beds were comfy.

Magnificent location in a private garden, knowledgeable staff, everything was fine. The bed was comfy, the room was beautifully presented and brand-new with the hot tub. We had great meals in the hotel; visited The Balerno Inn Restaurant based not far away.

The hotel was bright and quirky, it exceeded high expectations, I appreciated its amazing location near to a stream of information, a lovely conservatory which was a perfect start to the day, a great playlist playing gently in the background too, and Edinburgh centre. The double room I stayed in was big and huge for a cooked breakfast. The hotels' team was knowledgeable and friendly. The service was exceptional, the breakfast was marvellous and delicious.
